These terms govern access to and use of the Sadana Homes website and private platform. By browsing, requesting access or registering, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Scope

Sadana Homes is an off-market real estate intermediation platform. Access to the asset catalogue and private area is closed: by invitation, investor profile verification or express authorisation from the Sadana Homes team. There are no subscription plans or public API.

Access and registration

Access to the private area requires account creation and prior verification. The user undertakes to provide truthful information, keep their credentials confidential and immediately report any unauthorised use. Sadana Homes may deny, suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms.

Permitted use

Authorised users may:

• View information on the assets assigned or presented to them.
• Contact owners or the Sadana Homes team through the channels provided.
• Request professional valuations and intermediation advice.
• Use documentation internally for investment decision-making.

Prohibited use

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Scraping, mass extraction or automated indexing of website or private area content.
• Redistributing, retransmitting, publishing or making asset information available to third parties without written authorisation.
• Using the information for unauthorised commercial purposes outside the Sadana Homes intermediation framework.
• Sharing access credentials, impersonating identities or attempting to access restricted areas.
• Introducing malware, carrying out attacks or any activity that compromises the security or availability of the service.

Content and assets

Asset information (descriptions, photographs, valuations and documentation) is the property of Sadana Homes or the relevant owners and is provided confidentially for intermediation purposes. The user undertakes to respect its private nature and not use it outside the contractual scope.

User responsibility

The user is responsible for any misuse of their account and for damages resulting from breach of these terms. Sadana Homes may take appropriate legal action against unauthorised use, including account closure and claims for damages.

Suspension and termination

Sadana Homes reserves the right to suspend or cancel access, in whole or in part, when a breach of these terms is detected, a security risk exists or the intermediation relationship ends. Users may request account closure by writing to [email protected].

Modifications

We may update these terms of use to reflect legal changes or platform evolution. We will notify you of material changes and publish the new version on this page with its update date.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Seville for the resolution of any dispute arising from use of the platform.
