Data we process

We only collect the personal data necessary to manage our relationship with you:

• Contact and profile data: name, email, phone, profile (owner/investor/admin) and any message you send through the contact or access request form.
• Account data: name, email, phone, encrypted password and user role registered in our private area.
• Property data: address, cadastral reference, surface area, physical characteristics, condition, photographs and any information related to the properties we manage.
• Newsletter data: only your email address when you subscribe to our monthly briefing.
• Technical data: theme preference (light/dark) and a JWT session cookie required to keep your session secure.

Purposes of processing

We use your data specifically to:

• Respond to your enquiries and manage contact requests.
• Manage private access to our off-market investor catalogue.
• Facilitate real estate intermediation between owners and investors.
• Value assets and prepare professional reports.
• Manage properties, users and interactions within the platform.
• Send the monthly newsletter if you have given your consent.
• Maintain the security of the private area and prevent misuse.

Legal basis

Processing is based on:

• Contractual or pre-contractual performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): managing contacts, access to the private area and real estate intermediation.

• Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): maintaining platform security, preventing fraud and managing technical incidents.

Retention period

Inactive user accounts are reviewed annually and deleted if there is no activity or legal obligation to retain. Security technical logs are kept for the legally established period.

• Essential service providers: Hetzner (EU hosting), Cloudflare (CDN/DNS and security) and Resend (email sending and newsletter list management).
